Sam's Biology Lab is passing out cupcakes for Darwin's Birthday today so I made these. They are Black Bottom Cupcakes, but I turned the cream cheese pink and used a toothpick to make it into a heart. I call them Bleeding Heart Cupcakes now. Mainly because some of them don't exactly come out looking like hearts so if they are bleeding it makes more sense. Only 2 more days until Valentine's Day!!! Hooray!!!

Those look FABULOUS!! How fun! We made sugar cookies yesterday, but I didn't even frost them- so lame of me!! I just ate the last of them with a cup of hot chocolate! :o) HAHA... not really on the diet this morning. :o)
