So just like his father he is a hyper active 5 year old prone to stitches. And although he screamed things like "you are killing me" and "I can't breathe" over and over as the nurses held him down he did get 7 nice ones in the back of his head and afterwards got a couple of toys from the doctor's treasure box and was as happy as ever. Show and tell will be great at school tomorrow

Oh no!!! Poor Sammy! I hope he is ok! Crazy how fast things like that happen... Let us know how he is doing.
OUCH! My stomach did a few flips looking at that. He is just like his daddy!
That looks pretty nasty, poor guy. Makes me think of when I had to get staples in my head after an accident in high school, my parents were out of town so thank goodness for Mom Hirt, she came and held my hand and made sure they didn't shave my head the day before prom.
OUCH!!!!!!! Poor guy! That's quite the battle wound... ouch!
Holy gash! Thats probably the biggest one I've ever seen.....and made a huge dent in the windowsill.
I love the excuses they come up with too....as if we don't know that they are just scared and want to get up. =)
Love you Sammy, get better! and NO MORE MONKEY'S JUMPING ON THE BED!
Oh, goodness. Is is bad that I laughed at "you are killing me" and "I can't breathe." poor kid
So, I asked Dominic what he thought happened from the pictures (minus the last two) and he said, "he was sleepwalking and he hit something and got a bloody nose."
