One man band
Sammy likes to do what he calls "play his instruments" basically it involves getting out every large bowl that we have and then banging on them with spoons. It is a lot of fun for everyone

I went on a trip to go catch bats this past weekend. Cubbie and a couple of friends came, it was tons of fun and very beautiful, hopefully more people can come next time. Here is a link to some sweet pictures. You might have to copy and past it to get it to work

Spring Break
The ice cream truck came by and I thought this picture was an instant classic. They both have their ice cream held at the same angle and have the same messy faces and blank stares. Kim is obsessed with the ice cream truck, every time we hear it we have to run around the block looking for it because it is part of her favorite childhood memories. It's good exercise.

Sam, The Witch, and the Wardrobe!!!
I made my directorial debut at the Auburn Area Community Theater last night. I am so proud of my little performers that I wanted to post them on my blog. You guys were amazing!!! Sam also made his debut as the voice of Aslan. His performance was Oscar worthy. We sat in the lightbooth together during the show running lights and sound. It was a very romantic date:)

It's a...
It's a...boy!!! So this is going to be the 3rd little dude for us. We think it is awesome and hilarious. Sam is hoping for his own basketball team :) Take a look at what is living inside my belly...crazy! (P.S. We need suggestions for boy names, leave a comment if you can think of a good one funny or otherwise)

WAR EAGLE!!!
It is official, I have been accepted to Auburn University to work on my PhD and have been awarded a Graduate Teaching Assistantship, so we are going to stay here for another 3-5 years, we are shooting for 3, but then I would have to get a real job (I am not sure how I feel about that). We will see if that works. Anyway, we are excited and happy to be staying here, we like it here and it will be an easier transition for my PhD and will probably save us time and money in the long run. War Eagle!!
Yesterday, Sam gave a talk in church. The Boys and I inevitably ended up in the primary room with the sound piped in from the speakers (I haven't quite learned to control them by myself in church...ooops!). I asked Sammy if he could hear Daddy and he looked up, pointed to the ceiling and said, "He's in Heaven."
